Step 1: Account Creation

Step 2: Order Submission
Once registered, users can browse services and place orders. The web interface allows users to specify:

File specifications
Word count & page number
Target organization & submission destination
Citation style & number of references
Design preferences, formatting style, and deadline
Based on this input, the system calculates and displays the cost of the service.
All payments are processed securely online.
The Thi8ah team then proceeds with fulfilling the order, ensuring on-time delivery.
Step 3: Order Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the team delivers the final product via a dedicated delivery interface.
Live chat with the team is available for updates, modifications, or feedback throughout the process.
Payment & Refund Policy
Thi8ah uses leading secure payment providers as third-party processors to protect sensitive data.
Refund Policy
If the client is dissatisfied with the final deliverable (design/content/format), the Thi8ah management will investigate the issue. If an error is found on our end, the amount will be credited as balance to the user’s account for future use.
If the client cancels the order after work has started, no refund will be issued.
If additional changes or customizations are requested after order placement, extra fees may apply.
